30 Days Gratitude and Compliment Challenge
I have decided to take part in a 30 days gratitude and compliment challenge. For the next 30 days, I will either verbally and in writing to express gratitude and compliment to one person in my life.
Rules:
- Every day must be a different person. I can only repeat the person after three days.
- For each compliment, I must explicitly express it. For example, "I like the colour of your hair, it matches the colour of your eyes."
- For each gratitude, I have to say how the person has affected or to others. For example, "Thank you for helping me by carrying the bags, I do not have the strength to load it into the car."
- The classification of everyone are as follows:
- Family (FM)
- Work related (WK)
- Friends or acquaintance (FR)
- Strangers (ST)
- Individuals who has served/ helped me such as receptionist, waiters, cleaners (SP)
