A 5 Minutes Daily Review

Just before ending your day, spent five minutes to reflect on the following key words. Keep: What actions that you should keep doing? Improve: What aspects in your life that needs improvement? Stop: What activities or habit that you stop doing? Start: What activities or habit that you should start doing?

Sometimes, we fall off the wagon. Bad habits such as watching porn, procrastination may come back. There is no need to beat yourself too hard. The five minutes self-reflection will tell you what you need to do.

If you keep procrastinating on a habit that you want to develop, you have to dig deep into your mind. Ask yourself why you have not started? Break down the task into manageable task. There is no shame in starting small. The first step will turn into second step, and you just need to keep moving.
