Don't Be a Spectator
Instead of watching someone doing it, why don't you take part or do it yourself? Instead of watching a game, go for a run. Instead of watching gardening on YouTube, start your own gardening. Modern technology has made it too easy for us to let our precious time go by without much productivity.
I agree that you need to read and learn before you can start your personal project. You can only learn to ride a bike by riding a bike. No books and videos can prepare you on your first pedal. So put down that book and stop the video.
