Don't Complain the Shit that you Allow
I complained about a customer who low balled me to my business partner. My business partner coldly tells me that I am the one who allowed it to happen. This customer is not unique. It is either I do not understand the customer's need, or I have allowed the customer to push me around. Either way, there is no one else to blame by myself. I could have just spent more time to understand the customer or fire the customer. There are only two options, complaining is not one of them.
Complaining does not solve our problem. Even if the weather is bad, we could have prepared for the bad weather. Why we all complain? Because it does not require any effort and we shift the blame to others.
If you find yourself complaining about something. Please stop. You allow it to happen. Take action and rectify it.
