Living Kindfully

Don't Die by the Death of a Thousand Cuts

I have been using a budget android phone for at lest 3 years. The phone's battery life span does not last as long. Every late afternoon, I have either search a charging outlet or a power bank. It is not troublesome but annoying.

The mere act of searching for a charging outlet or a power bank has subconsciously taken a tool on my mental state. Instead of using my limited mental bandwidth to think about important task, I was busy searching for a charging outlet.

The solution is simple. Get a new phone or replace the battery. Since my current phone is just a budget phone, getting a new replacement phone is an obvious choice. In fact, the stress caused by the phone's battery should be a non-starter.

Can you think about stresses or problems in life that you are constantly facing? Do you think there is a cheap and direct solution to solve it? If yes, get it fixed. Because it brings peace to your mind and you can focus on matters that are important. Do not die by the death of a thousand cuts.
