Enjoy the Morning Tranquility

As I am writing this post, the whole house is quiet. My wife and kids are still asleep. I am awake fresh from my sleep and I just let my fingers do the talking.

Enjoy the tranquility of the morning by waking up early. There is no rushing and the world is quiet. Your focus is sharp and you are energised. The morning is the best time of the day. Start attacking the day with exercise or learning. Now matter how bad your day may get, at least you have gotten the important things done first.

Listen attentively to your surroundings. What do you hear? Distance cars and birds chirping? These are the sound that you have ignored as you rushed through your morning. Imagine how many moments have passes you by without even you noticing?

Feel the gentle breeze on your skin. How does it feel? This is the morning air where the land had a good night sleep and is waking up. Ponder and reflect the resilience of life. No matter how bad life gets, the sun will rise again and a day of possibility likes ahead.
