Everyone has a Humble Start
After first day at the commercial shoot project, my son told me that his task is to put up the directors from airport and carry their bags into the hotel room. He commented that there is nothing much for him except shadowing the executive producer.
I told him that he does not know anything about commercial shooting, obvious that he is only given the smallest task. It is only when he proofs himself that he is capable and reliable, then he will be given largest tasks. Everyone has a humble start.
He may feel the task is below him. He should do it with enthusiasm and energy. Enthusiasm is contagious. People will want to be around him and have trust in him.
Start small and do it 100% to your ability.
