It Happen to All of Us

I have been unwell for nearly 4 days as I write this entry. I have visited the doctor and is on medication. Recovery still takes time. During this period, my concentration and motivation is weak. In fact, I feel upset for not being as productive as I wanted to be.

What I wanted from myself is impossible. Everyone falls sick, there are no exceptions. In Chinese philosophy, there are four eternal truth: (生,老,病,死.) (Living, old age, sickness, death). When we journey through life, we all will face these truth. Instead of feeling upset and angry, which we cannot change the reality. Is there something that we do to make these moment useful or profound?
