It is Okay to Feel Deflated

As I am writing this, I feel deflated and unmotivated. I have a long to-do list. I just do not feel like doing anything. I am sure you have those feeling too.

Instead of feeling guilty of not being productive. Tell yourself that it is okay. We cannot be 100% productive. Just ask yourself what can you do the next five minutes? Give the next five minutes your best.

If I find myself lack concentration or unmotivated. I would check my calendar and to-do list. I do the simplest but important items. The momentum goes from there. If the feeling persists, I either go for a walk, push-ups or take a cold shower.

Our body and mind need a reset. There is nothing wrong. Give a break to your mind and body. You will come back stronger.
