Morning Routine | Do X Before Y
As soon as we wake up, many of us check our phone. Some apps are designed to be addictive. As soon as we open up the apps, we are sucked into it. That's a bad way to start a day.
Set a rule for yourself. Do one thing before you check your phone. That one thing will be your first win of the day. That one thing can be making your bed, 10 minutes of meditation, or drink a big glass of water. Any activity that helps you to set the tone for the day.
You can set such rules into your other routines. Eat all your veggies before dessert. Do leg exercise before exercising other parts of the body.
The principal here is, you need to do something suck before you get your reward.
