No Such Thing as Effortless Success
Someone told me that I got lucky that I started my business during pandemic lockdown back in 2020. When the economy opened, I was able to ride the wave to built up my business.
I agree with the person that I got lucky and I did ride the trend. However there is no such thing as effortless success. We can get lucky, but the level success depends on our effort. Not all efforts are rewarded, but without effort there is no reward. When I started, I still remember the sleepless nights and people slamming their calls. Or the days where my quote was nothing more but to comply someone's procurement process.
Luck opens the doors. How far we can go from the door depends on our effort. On social media, we see many cases of effortless success. Those type of successes are rare. Do not be fooled by social media. For a lasting success, we still need to grind. This is the unchanged truth. Put in the sweat and blood, and may you enjoy the success that you deserve.
