Own Your Mistakes
I realised I made a mistake. The mistake would cost me nearly a month worth of living expenses. The client has not realised the mistake yet, but I have decided to own the mistake and suffer the consequences. As a businessperson, I own all of my mistakes.
I will have to go through a lean period, but it is a bitter lesson for me. I was blinded by sales target and profit. I took a shortcut without thinking about the consequences.
Sometimes growth does not come from comfort but mistakes that we make and own.
