Living Kindfully

See Your Tomorrow Today

Every evening, I would look at my to-do list which I kept on Google Keep and write down my main task for the following day on a piece of paper. Each task has to "move the needle" in getting closer to my goals. I would imagine myself completing the task. When the time comes to perform my task, I do not need any warmup. I just need to do it.

Reading up about something does not count as "moving the needle". My task has to be action oriented and directly brings me closer to my goals. Therefore, visualising myself doing the task helps me to determine which task would get me to complete my goals. As there are many fake tasks that does nothing but giving me a false sense of security that I am busy.

Plan your day by visualising yourself in getting things done.
