What Would You Like to Stop Today?

We only have 24 hours a day. How we live life is how we spent the hours. The time given to us will never come back. Instead of thinking about what you want to do with your life. Think about what you can stop doing? Activities that are not aligned with your goals. If you can stop the time-wasting activities, you will free up time for rest or time to do activities that are important.

There is no need to stop all time-wasting activities. But choose one today and stop doing it. I stop all social media every Sunday and stop reading news every Monday. By freeing up the time, it helps me to quickly settle into the week.
