Will You Put Sand into Your Vehicle?
If you own a vehicle that requires petrol to run, do you put sand into its tank? The answer is unlikely. Our body is the only vehicle that we have. We cannot change its model and we are forever stuck with it. Why would you put things that would damage the body?
Some of you may say, "I own an EV, therefore this does not apply to me." If you say that you are probably missing the message. That's fine. My message is very simple, look after your health and body by not consuming things that can damage it.
