Your Family Don't Need A lot from You
As I was counting my money for the Christmas and New Year, I wondered how I can give my family the best year end celebration. No one said anything after telling them about my losses.
My eldest gave me a good suggestion. He suggested that we should check out malls that has the best Christmas decoration. That's what we did. The whole family would visit the mall and checkout the decorations. We would comment and compare the mall's effort and budget. We would eat simple food while out. Throughout the trip, no one was checking the phone or being distracted. No one seems bored. At least, I think everyone had a good time.
Of course, I still need to spend some money, but it is within the threshold. Maybe I have overthought things. To proof my worth as provider, I aspire to give them good holidays and good meals. At the end, they just wanted someone who can spent time with them.
