Do Not Ask For Flower to Bloom During Winter
I work hard for my business. I always hold the believe that the harder I work the more success I will achieve. My mentor told me that hard work also requires me to use my brain. I need to work on the right things to get the right results. If I am not working on the right thing, it is like asking for flower to bloom during winter. It is impossible, I waste my time and effort.
But what is the right thing to work on? There are no straight answers. Sometimes, we need to look at the past to see what works and double down on it. Sometimes, we need to observe the environment and adjust the strategies accordingly.
Ultimately, my mentor's message is focus on what works and put effort on it. It is not about blindly taking actions without knowing the outcome.
