Exercise the Cheapest Way to Network

In my line of business, I need to do a lot of networking. The traditional networking method is through wine and dine. Unfortunately, it is very expensive. I am not a good drinker; I get drunk easily. It is both expensive and risky for everyone involved.

The alternative network method is through exercise. The traditional way is by playing golf. Again, I do not play golf as I find golfing takes up too much time. My best option is through Pickleball. It is less taxing and more popular for all ages.

The Pickleball court rental is affordable and there is no drinking involved. A session should be no more than 2 hours. By having no more than 8 players to a court, the rotation of playing is just right. Each game is 11 points, and winning team stays. However, the winning team needs to split up when the new game starts. The purpose is keeping the game dynamic and prevent strong players from hogging the court.

By using the above method, I can invite experienced players and newbie to play. This keeps the game interesting and everyone can build up relationship. By observing each player's behaviour through winning and losing, I will know more about the person.

Group exercise event, I could not think of a cheaper and healthier way to get connected with people.
