Living Kindfully

Fire Your Worst Client

Lately, one of my client drove me up the wall. Wanted the cheapest rate but the most attention. I kept this client because his business makes up a substantial part of my business. Therefore I can only grit my teeth and continue to service this client.

Having this client also serve as a reminder that I need work harder and get better clients. Grow the business so big that this client is not relevant anymore. While I do my utmost professionalism to service this client, deep down I am planning to fire him.

Keeping this client will eat up my resources that prevents me from servicing clients that are worthy. Remember, not all clients are worth your business. Be so good that you can afford to fire your worst clients.
