Why I Upgraded Subscription to Lifetime for BearBlog?
I have been a BearBlog subscriber for two years. After more than 2 years of writing, I have decided to upgrade to lifetime subscription. There are many wonderful blogging platform, but why I have decided to go lifetime?
This platform is simple and fast. I appreciate this platform's simplicity. It loads fast and does not have a lot of fancy features. I am not distracted by the features and layout.
There are many likeminded bloggers in this platform. On the discovery section of BearBlog, there are many amazing writers and individuals with different perspectives. Sometimes I get lost reading the posts.
I don't want to move my blog to another platform. I am very happy with this platform. It will take a lot to move to another platform. I once hosted my own Wordpress site. The site suffered from virus attack and Google blacklisted the site. I lost nearly one year of writing. I just want to write but I ended up spending more time maintain the site.
Derek Sivers recommended BearBlog for blogging. I trust his insights and recommendation. His worldview has helped me to navigate through some difficulties.
Writing on this blog has helped me to gain insight into my inner world. If is not because of writing, I doubt I am still alive today. Subscribing to lifetime is the least I can do as an appreciation to Herman.
