Living Kindfully

You Need Darkness to Find the Exit

I was exercising in the gym, and I saw a lost bird flying around the gym. It could not find its way out. I kept the door open, but it could not see the exit. Out of desperation, I switched off the lights in the gym. Given the gym was in darkness, the bird saw the lights coming through the door and it flew out from the gym.

Sometimes we need darkness in our life to find the exit. When things are too bright, we get lost and could not find ourselves. By having darkness in our life, we will know who we are and our true potentials. Do not be afraid of the darkness in your life. See it as path that guides you to the bright door of better life.
